It's such a really beautiful story and one of the things that I often share with people is for us to make sure, you know, to remember that we can create whatever we want because as soon as you start limiting your disconnecting from that aspect of yourself that's in creative flow.

with the universe, right? And I wanted a fairy tale encounter. I wanted romance. And so many people say, you know, that's just in the movies and, you know, all of the things. And yet that's what I was able to create. I had been by myself for quite a while. I'm not one that falls in love very easily. So I've had two relationships in my life.

you know, one with the father of my kids for 10 years and then I was by myself for 10 years and then another one that didn't last very long. And then by myself again, you know, for a long time, just living my life and doing my thing and, but holding that vision that I prepared to be by myself if that meant

that that's what I was going to live my life that way because I wasn't going to settle for anything other than the fairy tale. And one day I was, I just moved down to about a year before I'd moved down to Shell Harbor, which is south from Sydney and an hour and a half away. I was online doing,

lots of work and had a big day and I just thought, you know, I'm just going to go for a walk to the beach and get my feet wet before I start making my dinner. So it's late in the afternoon and I walk onto the beach and I was the only one there. The waves were huge. And so as you do, I'm taking a Facebook live, you know, showing people how big the waves are and this guy walks past and waves at me. Yeah, I never interact with anyone.

But you see me in the video way back and from his side, got, you know, he started walking or he kept on walking and he turned around and he went, who on earth is that? So he got to the end of the beach and he said something just kept on pushing him to come back and talk to me. So he turned around, he came back, we started talking, found out that, you know, we both love sunsets and sunrises and

showed each other videos and photos and all the things. And that we were both on the same dating apps, but most probably had swiped each other left. And yeah, we lived in adjacent streets. yeah, as you know, maiden name is Payne. I've been a healer for 25 years and his last name is Makepeace.

And so, you know, those sort of synchronicities are the things that I follow to really connecting with spirit, to hold that vibration. I just have something with names that just give me that flow to really keep connecting.

Yes, and as we were talking about it before we started recording, was, it's just such a beautiful metaphor for your journey that you were ready and you were at peace with yourself, not finding somebody, but open to the possibility and having your highest, your ideal, you know, and you weren't going to settle. you didn't really need, he made peace because he showed up and he listened to his spirits because he turned around. He didn't just keep walking or go up on the street to walk back. You sometimes when you're walking one way on the beach, the wind's hitting your, you know, behind your back and then you have to walk back with the wind in your face. And so that's not always easiest thing to walk the opposite direction on the beach. So, I just love it. It's just such a, it is, it's like a scene from a movie. And what,

Well, it's funny because that's one of the things that he says, I'm the one that turned around. Because he was actually walking back home. He'd already walked the beach.

Yeah, I'm the one. Yeah, that's right. Because I, know, like my part of my business now is supporting women to attract their divine partner. And so I'm often saying, you know, I attracted my beautiful man. And he goes, Yeah, I was the one that turned around.

Well, that's a really good point. Both parties need to be on the same page, right? mean, and that's, I always love that song if you like piña coladas, you know, because they were both, they were both in the newspaper, like in the wanted or personal ads, looking for romance, looking for, you know, something to spark.

and they didn't realize it was right in front of faces, but they both knew what they wanted and then they found each other again. I always do that beach meetup. It always makes me laugh. think of that song, even though it's a little corny. But I mean, that's the big thing is to know exactly what you want. If you want pina coladas, you want to get caught in the rain, like know these things.

That's what I loved about your message is that's the first part of your living in magic is knowing what you want.

You've, yeah, you do have to create. You have to be the one that is focused on what it is that you want to create in your life. Because we're being bombarded with so much information and distracted from our imagination, our creativity, our focus is being distracted all the time. And so

When you're talking about quantum physics and science, we were sort of playing with that a little bit at the start. There's a test or a research that they did called the double slit experiment. Have you ever heard of the double slit experiment?

Yes, I read about this, but I would love for you to explain it again because I have, it's about observation bias, I believe. And so yes, if you could explain it, because it's been a minute and it's a very powerful, you know, this isn't just a one -off. This has been, it's been written about many times. It's a proven thing. It isn't just a woo -woo or an impression. This is...

And I think it might have even been 1950s or something, the first time that they actually discovered this process. And it does change everybody's perspective. It's so well known in science because they know that whatever they're researching, that there is this...

they've got to take this factor into account that when they're observing something that they're actually changing the results. So what the double slit experiment and just in layman's terms. So basically some scientists got together and they were like, what will happen when we put, you know, atoms through two slits? So they have this piece of paper with two slits in it and a white wall. So they're putting this laser through.

And of course, when they looked on the other side, here's two marks on the wall from where the holes were in the paper. But as science apparently do, scientists leave their machines on often and off they went and had lunch or whatever they did. And they came back and there's this mess on the back of the wall. It was all erratic. Now trying to work out what that was all about and

You know, how did that happen? And what they discovered was when they were observing the experiment, it would be a singularity. It would be an atom. It would be a focal point, just a particle. But when they weren't observing, that particle became a wave. And so bring that back into spirituality.

When you're observing what it is that you want to create, it becomes a focal point. And it's an accurate description, right? And then you've got something to work with. But as soon as you get distracted or stop focusing, it's now this wave of potential. So it's a wave of potential. So you can have

anything but until you focus on it, it's not actually going to be anything. It's just waiting there for you to focus on it. So for us to create our own reality, you've got to know what your desired end result is. You've got to have a point of attraction that you're focusing on. And that's not just once, which you can, you can go, this is what I want and then leave it.

But to really collapse time and to really move into that vibration of creation, it's doing that on a regular basis. It's really stepping into it and not seeing it as a future experience, but experiencing it now, becoming the person, tuning in, praying, being in that vibration of having it already. How would you feel? What would you believe? What are all the things that you would...

experience if you already had that because we're only in the now moment, right? So when you're becoming that person already, you act and behave in the same way. Then when you're doing that, it's just the way the world works and the universe works is that all the particles come together for you to see it as well.

And to create, it's the alchemy. It's so beautiful. It's so beautiful. And it's so scary too, because when you have all this responsibility, can make it work either way. When you focus on something going wrong, you're preparing for the worst case scenario or you're believing some kind of propaganda or whatever it is. That's where you're focusing. That's where you're putting all those waves. So it's a really great...

visual and what blows my mind is, you know, I studied psychology at the university.

never, never did we learn about this. You we learned about Pavlov's dog, we learned about, you know, so many psychology concepts, but not that. And it's, it's, it's so powerful. And so maybe that's why it's coming up now, because humanity is more ready to deal with it. Or maybe it's just our ascension, you know, like, if this is in your field, this is something to pay attention to.

And you can always start with, I always tell people, start with the things that are the most frustrating. Like if you want to be closer to your kids, you want to be more connected to your children, live in that now moment of them being adoring and you being adoring to them and showing your love freely without judgment. And then you can go and look at, maybe I didn't feel that from my mom, so I'm not sure how to love like that.

or there's so many things to unpack. And that's what I love about your work is you're offering ways to unpack any of these subconscious blocks or the epigenetic blocks that you might not even know are there. But there are some that you can work on immediately. And those are the things that really frustrate you in your conscious life. And take notice of that. Are you not enjoying your days? Like, why? What choices are you making?

How can you be empowered to make your days more pleasurable? What are the things that you can control and what are the things you can surrender to and maybe reform with your laser focus? I just love it. If you can walk around and pretend you have a laser on your head and you're doing this yourself, you're Wonder Woman, girl. You got it.

Yeah, absolutely, absolutely. And that's the thing, right? Our unconscious develops in those first formative years, know, between the ages of zero and three up to five, we are in a brainwave frequency that's the same as being hypnotized. And so there's no rational

thinking there's no reasoning. We just absorb whatever is in our environment. And so we're watching like all of the silent instructions as well as what we're physically seeing. So we then come into adulthood and we are conditioned and programmed to just live

like everybody else because it's the way it is. And so alchemy is very inert, it's neutral. You can use it for either way. So if you're in fear, if you feel like you don't belong, you feel insignificant, all of these things are information that you've picked up at one stage or another in your childhood. And we can

then clear that information because it's not you. It's just information that's been programmed in your limited self. So we can clear that from the source of where it came from, which is in that quantum field, know, the higher, I call it the super conscious. And so all the codes of creation are in that field and we can just neutralize them almost like, you know, they,

switch on or off, or they switch off a cancer cell, right? So it's sort of like that. It's like neutralizing, it's no longer there. And that's one of the things that most people notice straight away when they do recoding with me is this. They say, I've got more space in my head. You know, that mind chatter has gone the, you know, I feel lighter.

not that burden and that heaviness of all of that lower vibrational thought patterns that hold us back from really achieving the goals that we want to in our lives.

That's so beautiful. I was going to ask, I was reading about the codes and how do you know you're on a code? I was just really curious because I've heard this before and I'm just, is it something you feel? Like how did you come to know these codes and how do you know you're on a code or you're clearing a code? If you could just take me through that.

like what you're perceiving and how you learned about these codes.

So codes can be something as little as, I don't feel good enough. Like it is such an ingrained inbuilt system. Like it's almost like software that's in our data bank. And so it's a glitch in the system. So here we are, we're choosing to create something we want to.

you know, find the love of our life or get healthier or whatever it might be. And so we're striving for this and there's something that's holding us back and we're not sure what it is. But what happens is you're in this process, just say you say, I want to meet a beautiful partner down the beach like Elizabeth did, right? And so you have that thought and within seconds, like micro seconds,

your unconscious is going back into all of the information it knows, right? So this is the DNA, the genetics, past lives, generational history, know, conditioning from your childhood. So it seems like it's a big storage unit, but it's still limited because it's only a certain amount of information. But what it does is it goes back in and sees

if is something that we have the ability to do. And so if you have been told at one stage, you know, one of the things that I say to my clients, you know, imagine you're a little kid and you're full of joy and you're curious and adventurous and life's, life's amazing. And you're tottering along and you find this thing on the floor that everyone's calling a fork.

And you think, wonder if that will fit in that hole over there, right? Yeah. Yep. So you toggle over and you go to put this fork in the PowerPoint. Someone sees you and smacks you on the hand and tells you you're naughty. You have enough of those experiences because no one said, hey, you were just about to die. We're saving you, right? No one.

gives you that information and you're too young to understand it anyway. So you get smacked enough or don't run across that road or all of these just normal day to day, everyday occurrences. When you have that enough, your mind starts going, well, maybe I'm not good enough to do that. Maybe it's dangerous to be curious. Maybe it's, you know,

I'm insignificant, I'm not perfect. So somehow I'm broken. And so the more those normal everyday occurrences happen, we now start coding in, I'm whatever yours is, right? Insignificant, imperfect, I'm broken in some way. I'm not safe to just be myself. And so those codes now are internal in your unconscious.

That's, I love how you explain that because it really makes it, I mean, I've had other guests explain it, but this is really, maybe my ears are just ready to hear it this way, but I really appreciate that explanation of it. And that also makes you realize you have to go over these over and over. This isn't something you do one time and say, no, I'm significant, I'm divine. You gotta remind yourself every day you're a divine, significant, worthy being.

Absolutely. Yeah. And that's one of the reasons why recoding is beautiful because it can, you know, the codes come from the super conscious from that quantum field. And so what you do is what we do is we go up to those codes and we neutralize them. So it does make it a lot faster. You know, you can doing mindset training, for example, mindset work.

can support you or any sort of hypnosis, all of the modalities that we've got available to us, they do work. Often though they're working with just the conscious and the unconscious, they're not working with that other level, know, the higher self, the super conscious, where the codes came from in the first place. So, but it is possible. One of the, I've been a healer for 25 years and I got onto recoding,

about five years ago and that's like the time that started collapsing, the fast speed of creating just became unbelievably fast compared to what I was doing prior. And the consistency as well, right? You know, being able to move to a beautiful beach location, know, multiple six visit, physical,

figures in my business, the four and a half centimeter brain tumor, gone, easy, meeting the love of my life, all of it happened really, really fast.

That's so encouraging because I know we all feel like, well, maybe we missed it. We were in our prime at once and maybe this is what I need to accept. And I love your story because you're like, I'm gonna be at peace with where I am, but I know where I'm going. I know what I'm open for. And that's inspiring and empowering. And your ascendance code brings in your higher selves and at the soul level.

all your team can work with you. And I think that's why it's supercharged. It's not of this time, it's not a linear thing. This is, like you said, things happened really fast.
