Hello dear friends. I'm so happy to be with you today and bring forth this message. I'm really, really delighted. I appreciate your time and your attention and the energy that you spend finding these episodes, sharing them. It means so much. And I know we're adding to this grid of light each moment that we connect to our divinity.
So this is why I'm so delighted to bring forth this message today. I will set the intention and if it serves you, set your intention also for the special time we've set out for each other. Here we go. Dear God, goddess, divinity, source, higher self, thank you for.
this day, thank you for the breath in my lungs, for the opportunity and the resources to connect like this. I honor each person who comes forth and is curious, is curious with me and going on this journey. Just, I'm honored. I'm so honored. Every single listen and like is pure gold to my heart. So that's the first thing I wanna tap into.
I'm creating space for this offering, for our development of our divinity, our remembrance of it. And this is a really special episode for me today. I'm stepping out of my comfort zone, just talking to you about what's on my heart and not reflecting it through anyone else. I'm owning this part of it. So it's a little...
anxiety provoking a little bit and stepping out on the ledge a little bit looking over the side going, okay, here I am. So thank you for being part of this. And I hope you honor my journey as well because my palms are sweating right now. I'm much more comfortable celebrating someone else's exploration of divinity than my own. This causes me a little bit of ⁓
Like I said, anxiety. I'm tuning into that and honoring my path. So I asked you to take what serves you and leave what doesn't. And as always, I ask for guidance from my team to bring forth a message for the highest good. Take what serves you and leave what doesn't.
Also remember when you're releasing things that no longer serve you, always bring in what you want. Whether it's pink loving light from source, whether it's the Holy Spirit. When you release the cord that doesn't serve you, when you release that emotion or that situation that you no longer want attached to you, that you've learned from, that you're ready to move on from, you release it from your field and then you...
you fill it with what you want, then you're owning your energy field. It's so beautiful. And you can feel it. You can feel the soothingness, the calm, the love, and just owning that and claiming your space, the space around you, your physical, your ethereal, your mental. All these bodies that are around you were more than this flesh and blood.
these energetic fields also. So honoring that. So that's why I'm so excited to talk to you guys about what is on my mind. And it's this idea that your divinity is celebrated through movement, whatever movement you decide is good for you. I've been exploring running again, and I was a really avid runner. It got me through my adolescence. I stopped running so much in college because I was focusing more on
I guess developing party skills. don't know. I really wasn't great at keeping up with my running in college, but I did like, so cliche rollerblading in the 90s. It's so fun. ⁓ I always liked to be athletic and moving, but I did give up on my running for a while and it peppers into my life. But recently it's hit me a different way.
And it's this divinity of this repetitive meditative movement. with the things that I've been exploring with my spirituality, getting back into running again has highlighted some things. And I wanted to share them with you because it's quite moving. I always grew up as a Catholic little girl. My grandparents would always have us recite the rosary in the car.
and it's this repetitive ⁓ prayer. ⁓ And you hold the rosary, the beads remind you of where you are on the repetitive path. you go through the four sections and there's beads for each section. And so it keeps you on track. And it also keeps your mind from wandering because you're thinking about moving each bead. And it was always like this special ⁓
if I got to hold the rosary while everyone else was saying it. And it was so funny because both my sets of grandparents, whenever we got in the car for more than 10 minutes, we'd say the rosary. And it was just, it was sort of fun because it was like, I'm gonna hold the rosary beads. And I don't know, it was just sort of a fun thing that we did with my grandparents. And I don't know if either set knew that they both did this.
⁓ They're different cultural, like my dad's parents were more like German-Austrian descent. ⁓ And my mom's parents were more Scottish, Irish, Italian. So both ⁓ traditions carried this rosary ⁓ ritual. It was definitely a ritual in the families, ⁓ which...
I don't do that anymore, but sort of my connection with Mother Mary is visualized or actualized through repetitive movement motions. so like running has become to be this repetitive motion. And it came to me that I'm running on the earth and I'm connecting with my feet to the earth.
And that's our Mother Gaia. when you run thinking, I'm connecting to Mother Gaia, I'm connecting to Mother Gaia, she supports me and I support her with every step, all of a sudden the run turns into something more than a workout. And I invite anyone to explore this feeling or even with your walk, explore that.
Each time your foot hits the ground, you're connecting with your mother Gaia. And Mother Mary, Mother Gaia, they're all our divine feminine and it's all unconditional love and support. So that was very powerful for me. And then the other aspect of it was, holy cow, know, like if you're not taking care of your body and you try to go for a run or do anything repetitive that takes more than like 10 minutes.
your body's gonna keep you true. It will illuminate if you haven't been taking care of it. You'll know if you're dehydrated. You'll feel that that seed oil wasn't something that served you. ⁓ It keeps you really honest to your divinity to have a run waiting for you. You might be able to be more
you know, faithful to your choices as far as hydration or whatever your vice might be, your temptation, you may find that it's easier to serve your highest divinity by avoiding or remembering what that thing was but deciding that, no, I'm gonna have this exercise tomorrow and I wanna show up with my highest good and it feels so good to...
to find that groove. So the other part of it was that it's not your workout is serving you. It's not a punishment for maybe you have a couple extra pounds around your mid-waist or maybe, you know, like you're not happy with the way your body looks. Your workout's not a punishment for overeating or.
result of shame. Your workout is a celebration of your divinity. This offering to yourself of repetitive movement to cycle through some stuff that you might not even consciously know they're there, that it's there hanging out in your field or your body or mind. But when you can repetitive move, that gets cleared out. For some reason, it just cycles and it clears it and
and it releases it for you. So it's hard to consciously appreciate everything that happens when you decide. So my other tip was set your timer for seven minutes. Just go out and do what you can, whatever you decide you want to do. Seven minutes one way, seven minutes back. You can do that. No distractions, just...
experiencing the sunlight. Holy cow, there's been some great research and I'm not going to bore you with every study, but there's been some great research about the infrared rays that come from natural sunlight and how important it is for your cells and your mitochondria to generate energy within your cells ⁓ and use water for your highest good.
it needs this infrared light from the sun and you can be covered like it's not like getting sun tan or sunburn. It's getting exposed to this infrared light from our sun. In 15 minutes a day, you get these benefits and you can look it up. There's a, it's blew my mind. The combination of healthy, clean water and natural sunlight.
And if you're out there exercising, you're getting the trifecta. You're getting the optimal water. You're getting your infrared rays. And you're getting movement. So these three things are so powerful and it's free. It's simple. Okay? So I encourage you to set that timer seven minutes, turn around and come back.
have compassion if you need to take a break and walk, you're still soaking up the infrared. It goes through your clothing. Like this is available to you. And so that 15 minutes, seven minutes one way, seven minutes back, you might walk a minute to cool down. You've done yourself such a service. And then the added frosting on the cake is
letting your feet caress the earth and acknowledging the mother Gaia and how you're connected, how we're all connected to this beautiful energy. and also you'll notice that setting that timer, you might go longer. You might surprise yourself and feel really good and get into a groove. And you start out with, you know, your knee might be a little tight.
or your hamstrings might need a little stretch. Pushing through that first two minutes of, okay, I'm just gonna do my best and I'm not gonna ignore my tight knee, but I'm just gonna let it, motion is lotion. I'm just gonna keep going. I'm not gonna hurt myself, but I'm just gonna gently keep moving in the way that I don't want you to go through pain, but things do loosen up as you move.
And I encourage you to do a little dynamic warmup just to start. Maybe you'll stand, walk out to a plank, come back from the plank, touch your toes, reach up to the sky, incorporate your breathing. You're worth it. So showing up in your divinity is just with exercise is just such a blessing and it can help reshape your day. It can help reset if you felt like you got knocked off.
⁓ Like I said, it can even set the palette for a beautiful day and you deserve it. So I'm bringing forth that message to go ahead and just get started like seven minutes one way, seven minutes the other. And then another beautiful thing my guest I was going to have on today was talking about, and I guess he had a conflict. I don't know exactly what happened, I...
I really don't care. mean, it's wonderful. We'll probably record this later ⁓ with him. But I just, this was on my heart so much. And there's, so many things to bring together that I was fine to do this by myself. And then if he wants to catch up later, he's welcome to. But ⁓ his, his idea was to have gratitude miles. And so when he trains people to do marathons, he has them set a gratitude devotion for each mile.
And my thought was, why not, you know, if you're lifting weights, you're going to do three sets of like, you know, bent over rows or three sets of curls,
Julie Hilsen (14:39)
So maybe each set you dedicate toward your gratitude. For example, my first set might be, know, I'm so grateful for my body and the way it showed up for me this morning. I'm grateful for this day. And just bust out your set, grateful for this day. And the next one might be, I'm so grateful for my loving husband. He supports me and keeps things fun in the house. I don't know what I'd do without him.
so grateful. Maybe it's I'm so grateful for this trip I have coming up. I'm really excited to get away for a few days. And I'm grateful for the shopping that I was able to do to prepare or, you know, just pick out whatever I'm grateful for my new pair of running shoes. You know, it's it doesn't have to be a crazy thing. Like, you know, just something simple and then each each
maybe each five minutes of your exercise or each set you could dedicate. And what a beautiful way to demarcate sections of your workout, sections of your time that you've carved out for yourself so that you can show up for your highest divinity. So those were some things I wanted to share with you guys today. And again, I'm so honored. I'm so honored to have your attention, your ears, and this journey of
me sharing my soul and your support has been just delightful. And I appreciate any tips you have for me and my workouts or anything that works for you. As we get into the middle age, it's really important to connect with your body and to listen because you can avoid so many serious things by tuning in and avoiding dehydration.
you know, asking for clarity, ask for signs and symbols for your highest good, and you'll be so surprised and delighted. So any of those stories, if you want to comment or share, I really appreciate it. And again, thank you so much. I love you and I support you and Mother Mary wants you to get out and do some repetitive exercises and glory to, glory to you, glory to the celebration of your life.
celebrate your movement in your body. It's a wonderful gift. Thank you and I love you.
